After checking out several other estate sellers, Melody and her husband presented the best first impression. They were organized and very positive and enthusiastic about the sale. Sold our home VERY fast and needed it all emtied. I interveiwed several Estate Sale Companies.....BUT went with Melody + crew. Melody was very up front about all my concerns. ...parking ...safety of our home...security...prices...etc. She sold our items for much more then I dreamed of! When we were faced with the prospect of selling a cherished family home and disposing of sixty years of accumulated possessions from approximately a thousand miles away Melody and Tom Kolke were our salvation. They took on the arduous tasks that we could not face. Melody and Tom were extremely compassionate and respectful. They were scrupulously honest and meticulous. After we visited the home taking away all the things we thought we wanted to keep Melody and Tom found things that we had overlooked. They called us repeatedly as things surfaced before, during and after the sale that they knew should remain in our family. All those items were saved for us and returned to us through a third party. They called us each day of the sale with updates on participation and proceeds.
We had never met Melody or Tom before our sale took place. All of the arrangements were made from out of state over the phone and through email. They made an emotionally wrenching task painless for us.

Melody and her team did an outstanding job for me during a short-notice moving sale in the middle of winter in Indiana. They provided a good assessment at the beginning, were upfront and honest with me about the timing of the sale, thoroughly researched items, spent time marking and arranging everything in the house, and managed the sale extremely well. I was not sure what to expect from this experience, but I can truly say that it was a pleasure working with this team. They made everything low stress for me as the seller and worked very hard to host a great sale!
