Tom and Melody Kolke are true professionals. From our first meeting on the phone I knew that they would do a good job in presenting our Mom's belongings in with the grace in which she lived. My siblings and I were in unity after Tom came to the house for a free evaluation of the estate. He pulled no punches and did not exaggerate his estimate of the value of the estate. We were relieved to know that he and Melody knew the value of items and we completely trusted them to sell our Mother's life time of homemaking.
We gave them the house key and signed the contract. It was a turn key operations and we were relieved to turn this over to them.
My siblings and I are very pleased with the gross sales and more importantly that our Mother's belongings were presented with loving care as we wished.
I would highly recommend the Kolke's as people of integrity and grace.

Thank you Melody and Tom for you and your team and all your work to sell the items in my parents? home. They lived there 22 years and contained the contents from 50 plus years of marriage and some items from my grandparents. From the start (long before a formal agreement) Tom was very conscientious taking six pages of notes and many pictures to get a sense of my parents? home. I was at the house when their team began their set-up and witnessed their knowledge and organization. Melody took detailed time to research my mother?s jewelry and other items long in my grandparents? homes and then in my parents? home. All the questions and concerns I had were answered and I felt comfortable, if not relieved, to not be on site during the sale. Thanks again, for your work and a successful Estate Sale.
