We are located n the Logansport, Indiana area. Centrally located between South Bend, Lafayette, Indianapolis and Fort Wayne. We travel THE STATE OF INDIANA, south MICHIGAN & East ILLINOIS to accommodate our clients. With many sales in Indy, Fort Wayne, Lafayette, South Bend & surrounding areas. We work with Home Owners, Executors, Attorneys and Fiduciary.

We offer professionally conducted estate, downsizing & moving sales. We utilize our many resources & attention to details to make the process stress free for you. Our staff handles all aspects of conducting your sale from evaluating, researching, displaying, pricing, advertising & conducting an orderly sale to clean out & donation remaining items. We have 25 plus years of experience with a combined total of experience of our staff of over 40 years!

Our estate sale service does not end at the sale, we have resources to help you post sale such as clean out providers, donation services and other professionals you may need.
We will meet with you at the home to assess the timing and contents you wish to liquidate. We will discuss a date to conduct your sale at this time.
We come over for several days with staff and price everything. I will research any special items paintings, silver, jewelry, or Fine Art for current market values. We have extensive materials in our research library at our fingertips.
We pay you within 5 days with a cashiers check. Sent to you certified.

All Sales are advertised and promoted with many venues we have developed, including Newspaper ads, and our own extensive email lists and specialized Internet Sites.
The sales are held on site at each home with friendly knowledgeable staff on hand each day. Typically a sale runs 2-4 days through a weekend.
We understand that you are not only liquidating personal property, but that you have memories associated with many of the items sold. Our goal is to provide you with a professional liquidation and to help eliminate any stress normally associated with such situations.
We have found the activity of an on-site sale also creates interest in the home, which also may need to be sold. An Estate sale on-site often has a direct beneficial impact on the market exposure, and many homes are sold during the process, a win win situation for families and realtors alike.
